Rhode Island Retailers: Speak Out and Say NO to HIGHER Taxes!

- In Rhode Island, in 2009, the legislature passed a $1.00 increase on the cigarette SET to $3.46 per pack and increased the large cigar SET from 40% to 80% of the wholesale price.
